Thank you very much for your interest in K1X. We will do all that is possible to help you with any problems that you may have, but before you put in the effort to call or email us, please take a look at our faq's and see if some of your answers to your questions can already be found.
How do I know if the product I'm looking for is available?
Just browse our website. Only those products, sizes and colors displayed here are available for you to buy.
Where can I buy K1X products?
For the timebeing, you can only get exclusive K1X products exclusively from us. Just drop us an email at order@k1x.com.hk with the product name, number, colour and size. After receiving your email we will contact you back within 24 hours with further instructions.
How do I get information on the lastest K1X products and/or events?
Visit our website regularly as it will always be updated. Or, if you want, you could sign up for our newsletter (place the link here ) which will be sent out weekly to your email and include descriptions and pictures on all our latest products etc.
How long do you guarantee your products?
We will give you a three month guarantee on every product.
Can I send back products if I don't like them, or they don't fit?
No problem. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone deserves a second chance . During the first 10 days, refunding of products is not a problem provided that they are in good to excellent condition. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any product that we deem to be in unacceptable condition. But please understand that you must bring the product back with original receipt of purchase, and with its original packaging.
Do you send to other countries apart from Hong Kong & China?
No. But check out www.k1x.com or www.kickz.com for more info.
How can I get information about the status of my order?
If you have any questions concerning the status of your order please call us at our office at 2365-7337 or email us at order@k1x.com.hk and inform us of your customer number, full name and address. Without these crucial information, it will be very hard for us to find your order. Anyway, we would appreciate it if you allow a processing time of 3 to 4 days before you contact us.
How much do I have to pay for mailing/shipping?
Mailing to Hong Kong is HK$20. To China is HK$40.
How can I pay?
You may pay by cash or by any major credit card. Or, you may transfer the payment into our bank account if you prefer.
What currency is listed on your web site?
The currency on our website is HK dollars. If you would like to convert HK dollars to your currency, please visit http://www.xe.com/ucc/
What sizing do you have on your web site?
We have U.S sizing.

Firstly. When you get in contact with us about an order, please always mention your customer number or your name and address, so that we can check our system quickly for you and also so that we know who we are talking to. Also, please always leave previous emails attached for reference.
